Although there is a lot of disagreement in the public forum over the 'right' or 'wrong' of the legalization of marihuana, the appropriateness of police enforcement of the laws and the potential waste of tax money for this enforcement, the bottom line is that the possession, use and sale of marihuana is still against the law. It is my understanding that we pay our police forces to enforce the laws that exist in this country. Reviling the police for doing their job is counter-intuitive. Those that believe that the laws concerning the growing, selling and using of this product should be changed, should be going after those that make those laws - not those that are enforcing them. Just my 2 cents.
