Our neighbourhood street just recently got a speed limit of 40km and signs have went up...this was a great idea since it is a very busy side street with lots of children around due to an ice arena, Since the signs have gone up the speed has also gone up . This streert is a short street and some people think it is a race track. The other day a car turned the corner going so fast and lsot control that he ended up on a neighbours side lawn and the speed away . My question is how can this be inforced??? very concerned

Editor's note: Call your local community police office and ask for the Traffic Safety Coordinator. Notify him/her of the problem. You can also request that police volunteers set up a radar message board to warn drivers of their speed. Speak to the officer about this option.
