|about walking around drunk....yes you can get a public intoxication charge, but, how else is a drunk person supposed to travel if he/she has no cab/bus fair, aside from random walking to ie: a coffee shop, but to home you can still get charged, whats the deal, at least the person isnt driving, i can see trouble making but sober ppl do this stuff as well so being drunk should not be labelled as an offence?!?!?!?!|
The person could be charged with public intoxication; however, if the person is not causing a disturbance and is not a danger to themself or others, the individual would probably not be charged.
