|I understand that each case varies to some degree, but on average, how long is it before and candidate is contacted after submitting their recruitment package for the position of Constable/Cadet...and on average, at what point would one consider that their package is not being considered?....Regards....R|
Usually the Recruiting Unit will review applications as they arrive, but as the recruiting volume increases it may take up to two weeks.
Candidates who were not successful at the resume review stage will receive a letter in the mail. If you are successful and are moving forward in the process, a member of the Recruiting Unit will contact you directly by phone. If you have submitted an application for Constable and have not yet received a response, please feel free to contact the Recruiting Unit at (905) 579-1520 ext. 4341, and we will try to give you more information.
