I agree with the last poster. Once you've blown over into the breathalyzer its quite obvious! You don't even really need a day in court and you should really consider yourself lucky that you get one.
Don't be whining about "innocent until proven guilty". The only phrase that you need to be concerned about that has the word "Innocent" in it is "Innocent family gets killed by drunk driver during the Christmas season". That is the phrase that you really should be thinking about.
The police did their job in arresting you and obviously publishing your name, and I hope the courts do the same and throw the book at you (they won't but hey! Who knows?) Hopefully this experience has taught you not to drink and drive. There are enough options out there that there is no excuse for drinking and driving. Looks good on you that you had your name published.
