  Suspect Wanted Following Gas Station Robbery in Pickering

Investigators are looking for a male suspect after a Pickering gas station was robbed early this morning.

On Thursday, September 14, 2017, at approximately 6:05 a.m., a lone male entered the Husky Gas Station at Bayly Street and Toy Avenue in Pickering. He approached the counter and demanded cash from the clerk. The clerk was assaulted and the suspect fled with the victim´┐Żs personal property, but no cash.

The suspect is described as: male, black, approximately 5'8"- 5'10" tall. He was wearing a black and grey hat, dark t-shirt and pants, and black shoes with white trim.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call a member of the Major Crime Robbery Unit at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5355.
