  Suspect Wanted Following Attempt Robbery in Oshawa

Police are looking for a lone male suspect in connection with an attempt robbery at a gas station early Sunday morning.

On Sunday September 17, 2017 at approximately 1 a.m., a lone male, with his face covered, approached the cash window of the Ultramar gas station an Simcoe Street and Bloor Street in Oshawa. The suspect indicated he had a gun and demanded cash, but fled empty handed. No weapon was seen and the clerk was not physically harmed.

The suspect is described as a male, white, 40-50 years old, 220-250 lbs., wearing a black baseball cap with a white logo, grey shirt ,dark blue jacket with a red hood, blue jeans and running shoes.

Anyone with information that might identify the suspect is asked to the DRPS Major Crime - Robbery Unit at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5362.
