  Marihuana, Cocaine Seized in Beaverton

A Beaverton man is facing multiple charges after marihuana plants, cocaine and a replica firearm were seized at his Beaverton apartment.

On Tuesday, September 26th, 2017 the North Division Target Team entered into a drug investigation pertaining to marihuana plants being grown at an apartment building on Mara Road in Brock Township.

Investigators executed a CDSA search warrant at the location yesterday morning and seized five marihuana plants, dried marihuana, a small quantity of cocaine, weigh scales, ammunition and a replica handgun. The suspect was arrested at a separate location, without incident.

Gaige DE FINNEY, age 25, of Mara Road in Brock Township is charged with: Production of a Controlled Substance (marihuana); and Possession of a Controlled Substance x2 (cocaine, cannabis). He was later released on a Promise to Appear.
