  Police Arrest Suspects with Stolen Property in Uxbridge

Police have arrested two males and recovered numerous stolen items after executing a search warrant in Uxbridge.

On Sunday, December 10, 2017, at approximately 12:50 p.m., members of North Division investigated two suspects on Reach Street in Port Perry after a traffic stop where it was reported that they were in a stolen vehicle. Officers executed a search warrant on Scugog Line 12, Uxbridge on Monday December 11, 2017 and located two stolen trailers on the property. The suspects were also found to be in possession of a small quantity of drugs and were responsible for other thefts in the Durham Region.

Adam STOPPA, age 27, of Twmarc Avenue in Beaverton, is charged with: Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000 x2; Possession of a Schedule I Substance (methamphetamine); Theft under $5000 and Fail to Comply with Probation. He was released on a Promise to Appear.

Darcy PAHL, age 50, of Scugog Line 12 in Uxbridge, is charged with: Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000 x2; Possession of a Schedule I Substance (methamphetamine) and Theft under $5000. He was released on a Promise to Appear.
