  Missing Senior from Whitby

Police are searching for a missing 86-year-old Whitby male, who was last in contact with his family last night.

On Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at approximately 6:40 p.m., Henry NIELSON, age 86, drove from his residence in Whitby and was supposed to go to Brock Street South and Burns Street in Whitby. His family has not seen him since and he has not communicated with any family members about his whereabouts. Family believe that he may be lost and they are concerned for his wellbeing.

NIELSON is described as male, white, 5'10" tall, medium build and short grey hair. It is believed he is wearing a green jacket, navy blue dress pants, black shoes and a black wool hat.

The vehicle is described as a black 2012 Dodge Journey bearing an Ontario licence plate AKJB878.
