  Three Suspects Arrested for Numerous Vehicle Break-ins in Courtice

Two males and a female are facing numerous charges after several vehicles were broken into in Courtice.

On Thursday, January 25, 2018, members of East Division responded to two separate calls in the area of Bloor Street and Prestonvale Road in Courtice for suspicious persons rummaging through parked vehicles. Police quickly responded and were able to locate the suspects in the area and all three were arrested with numerous stolen items in their possession.

Tania BRADBURY, age 33, of Olive Avenue in Oshawa is charged with: Theft Under $5000 x5; Possession of Stolen Property under $5000 x5 and Trespass at Night. She was held for a bail hearing.

Michael MACEACHERN, age 40, of no fixed address is charged with: Theft Under $5000 x5; Possession of Stolen Property under $5000 x5 and Possession Of Schedule II Substance (marihuana). He was held for a bail hearing.

Lance DANDY , age 28, of Wentworth Street West in Oshawa is charged with: Possession of Stolen Property under $5000; Fail to Comply with Probation and Possession of Schedule II Substance (marihuana). He was held for a bail hearing.

Investigators believe there may be more victims in this area that had property stolen from their vehicles between Wednesday, January 24, 2018, to Thursday, January 25, 2018. Investigators would like victims to come forward by making an online report on the DRPS website. (Online Reporting)
