  Suspect Wanted after Pizza Store Robbery in Oshawa

A lone suspect is wanted after an armed robbery at a pizza store in Oshawa.

On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the suspect armed with a knife attended the Pizza Nova on Warren Avenue in Oshawa. The suspect while armed with a knife, made a demand for cash from the lone employee. The suspect assaulted the 53-year-old male and fled on foot empty handed.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and released.

K-9 officers along with uniform officers searched the immediate area with negative results.

The suspect is described as male, white, 5'2" to 5'3", thin build, wearing a hoodie and a white jacket with green stripes.
