  Suspect Wanted After a Stabbing in Pickering

Police are looking for suspect information after a male was stabbed in Pickering this morning.

On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at approximately 9:30 a.m., members of West Division responded to reports that a male was stabbed near the Pickering GO Station on Bayly Street in Pickering. Police arrived at the bus loop where they located a 17-year-old male with injuries. It's unknown what led up to the stabbing, which occurred on a Durham Region Transit bus. The victim was initially taken to a local hospital and later transferred to a Toronto trauma hospital with serious injuries.

Investigators are looking for one male who fled the scene, however there are no suspect descriptors at this time.
