  Arrest Made in Oshawa Robbery

A male and female have both been charged after a male was robbed at an Oshawa hotel.

On Saturday, November 11, 2017, at approximately 2:50 a.m., officers were called to a hotel on Bloor Street West in Oshawa. A male stated he arranged to meet an escort in a hotel room. When he entered the room and handed over cash to a female, a male exited the bathroom with his face covered and threatened to shoot the victim. The victim fled and called police.

Shawn GAYLE, age 29 of Brampton, and a 24-year-old female from Toronto, are both charged with: Robbery. They were both released with a Promise to Appear/Undertaking.
