Police would like to remind the public that while away on vacation, it is recommended that you protect your property by taking measures to ensure that your home appears occupied. Have a neighbour shovel your driveway and collect your mail, and use a timer to switch lights on and off. Don't advertise on social media that you are not home for an extended period of time.
Investigators believe there may be more victims in this area that had property stolen from their residences since December 2017. Investigators would like victims to come forward if they haven't already done so and submit an online report on the DRPS website. (Online Reporting)
