Four people were arrested after a drug investigation was conducted in Pickering and Oshawa.
On Tuesday, March 6, 2018, members of the Drug Enforcement Unit arrested two suspects for drug-related offences as part of an ongoing investigation. Officers executed a search warrant at an apartment building on Guelph Street in Oshawa and located a handgun along with ammunition, Canadian currency and drug paraphernalia.
Keon CHISOLM, age 21 of Eagle Ridge Drive in Oshawa faces 24 firearm- and drug-related offences and Melissa DONAGHY-BOYD, age 19 of Guelph Street in Oshawa faces 10 firearm- and drug-related offences. Both parties were held for a bail hearing.
Also charged during this investigation are Denzel FRANK, age 22 of Roanoke Road in Toronto, who is charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance x4 (cocaine) and Possess Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 x3; and Joshua HARRIS, age 22 of Tams Drive in Ajax, who is charged with Possession for The Purpose of Trafficking x2 (cocaine/marihuana) and Possession of Controlled Substance (cocaine). They were both held for a bail hearing.
