Investigators are hopeful surveillance camera images will lead to the identification of suspects being sought in connection with thefts at an Ajax fitness club.
On the 30th of April 2009, the victim was at Good Life Fitness in Ajax during his lunch hour and had his wallet stolen from the change room. The victim’s credit card was quickly used at three local CIBC branches to fraudulently withdraw money. Two suspects were caught on surveillance footage.
Suspect #1 is described as: male, white in his late 20’s, with short hair and clean shaven. He is wearing a dark-coloured sport coat, dark pants and a tan or green dress shirt.
Suspect #2 is described as: male, black, in his late 20’s, with shorts black hair and is also clean shaven, wearing a light green dress shirt, striped tie and dress pants.
On the 24th of June 2009, another victim attended Good Life Fitness in Ajax and had his wallet stolen from the change room. The suspect was confronted out in the parking lot by staff members and left the scene with the stolen items.
The suspect is described as: male, white, in his early 20’s, with short brown hair and a brown goatee. He was wearing tan coloured shorts, black sandals and a white T-shirt with black writing on the front. He was carrying a gym bag over his shoulder.

Anonymous tips can be made to the Crime Stoppers Program at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) and tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
