  Help Police Identify Persons of Interest

The Durham Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying persons of interest regarding a robbery incident.

On November 9, 2009 three males held up an Oakville convenience store with a firearm. They managed to steal approximately $6,000 in cash and cigarettes and were last seen heading towards the Oakville GO station.

After reviewing video surveillance at the GO station and speaking with the clerk, it was discovered three males purchased tickets to the Oshawa GO station.

Attached are images of two of the individuals who purchased the tickets.

If anyone knows the identity of these males or has any information in relation to the robbery, please contact Det. Houston of the DRPS Robbery Unit at (905) 579-1520 ext. 5360 or the Halton Police, 20 Division Robbery Unit at 905-825-4747 ext. 2270. Anonymous tips can be made to Halton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
