Investigators are asking the public to help identify two suspects who broke into a coffee shop on Christmas Day. Images are attached and anyone who recognizes the suspects is asked to contact police.
On Saturday December 25, 2010 at approximately 9:30 p.m., two unknown male suspects forced their way into the Tim Hortons located on King Street East in Courtice. The store was closed and locked up at the time.
Upon entering, the suspects went to the rear of the restaurant and broke into the office where they stole an undisclosed amount of cash. Both suspects were observed fleeing from the scene and one suspect is observed carrying a box.
Suspect #1 is described as male, white, with a medium build and thinning dirty blond hair. He was wearing a black jacket with brown sleeves and dark pants.
Suspect #2 is described as a male, medium build, wearing a black hooded jacket covering his face. He was wearing dark pants and white running shoes.
