  Second Parent/Police Coalition Meeting

DRPS School Liaison and Youth Officers from Clarington are hosting their second Parent Coalition Forum Meeting to discuss and consult the public with crime issues pertaining to youth.

DRPS high school liaison officer Constable Foote and youth officers Constables Swaine and Sullivan are currently developing a consultative network of parents from the Clarington elementary and secondary schools in order to keep the lines of communication open with Durham Regional Police Service. The officers are hosting several forums, held throughout the school year, each held at one of the 36 schools in Clarington. The forum will allow officers to address any concerns or questions the parents or caregivers may have in regard to criminal activity in their community involving youth.

WHEN: Monday February 28, 2011 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
