Residents are invited to learn more about community safety at an informative session in Whitby on Saturday.
The DRP Crime Prevention Unit and Regional Neighbourhood Watch Program are presenting a community crime prevention session.
The two-hour meeting is free and open to the general public. Organizers aim to educate residents on crime prevention and community safety techniques, as well as assist citizens in organizing new and strengthening existing Neighbourhood Watch programs in their communities.
