The event was held at the Beacan Presbyterian Church in Beaverton. Attending the Beaverton Open House were members of DRPS North Division, the Brock Community Health Centre, the Brock Youth Centre, the Canadian Mental Health Association, Community Care (the COPE Mental Health Program), Pinewood Centre of Lakeridge Health, North House (homeless prevention), the Nourish and Develop Foundation, Durham Regions Intimate relationship Violence Empowerment Network (DRIVEN) Durham Mental Health Services, Durham Elder Abuse Network, Alzheimers Society of Durham Region and Chimo Youth Services.
