Nov 06, 2014 10:42 ET

Police are appealing to the public for their assistance in identifying a male suspect wanted in connection with a credit card fraud that occurred at a Mac’s location in Ajax.

On Thursday, December 27, 2012, at approximately 7:40 p.m., a male entered a Mac’s Milk convenience store in Ajax and selected several pre-paid Visa cards and attended the counter to purchase them.

The suspect used an American Express card to make the purchase, which was approved. The store employee brought the purchase to the store managers and they quickly identified the credit card as fraudulent. When the manager attempted to detain the suspect he pushed the three employees out of the way and fled the scene on foot.

The suspect is described as male, white, approx. 6” tall with a slim/slender build. The male was wearing blue skinny jeans, grey hooded sweatshirt, red vest, red baseball hat with a logo on the front, red shoes and an “I love Boobies” bracelet.
