  Help Police Identify This Theft Suspect

Police are appealing to the public for their assistance in identifying a male suspect wanted in connection with a theft of a motor vehicle, which occurred at a gas station in Ajax.

On March 9, 2013, the suspect entered a parked, black Chevrolet pick-up truck, while the owner was inside the store. The suspect utilized the keys, which were still in the ignition, to start the truck and drive away. The vehicle was later found abandoned outside of Durham Region.

The suspect is described as: male, white, 25 – 30 years, 5'8”-5’10”, heavy build, brown hair, with a goatee, wearing a white zip-up sweater, white/grey checkered shirt, blue jeans, white/grey sneakers and dark blue baseball cap.
